  1. It usually takes 2-4 business days to process an application.
  2. Most landlords and Property Managers will request a copy of your credit report.
  3. For liability purposes, our Realtors will accompany you on every showing.
  4. Go4Rent.com usually requires a 24 hour notice before we schedule and show any home.
  5. Prior to showing a home you have to go through the Go4Rent.com pre-screening.
  6. Most landlords have limitations on the size, breed, and number of pets allowed, whether indoors or outdoors.
  7. In rental homes the renter is responsible for all utilities to include lawn care.
  8. Prior to making any changes to the home always get the landlord's written approval.
